出差之前代理商推薦的酒店，離克拉科夫機場不遠，周邊環境很好，房間很大，還帶了沙發，早餐品種特別多，很好吃。

酒店前台服務態度很好。最大的亮點是用游泳池和按摩浴池，如果去的早的話就沒什麼人。酒店位置好，出門就是公共交通站。也可步行到城堡和廣場。

L’albergo è in una posizione comoda dove poter raggiungere a piedi sia il Castello che il centro storico passando lungo il fiume . La struttura è pulita e con tutti in confort, l’unica cosa da considerare è che non vi è possibilità di relax al suo interno visto che è un albergo preferito dalle famiglie con minimo 3 figli , gli ambienti come il ristorante, bar, ed altro non sono separati da nulla quindi se un bambino urla , urla per tutti , non parliamo della piscina dove l’eco delle urla fanno da contorno alla nuotata , spa fa non considerare . Peccato . Nel prossimo pernottamento escluderemo la catena Novotel .

It was a good hotel and at a very good location. I stayed one night less than I booked and paid for, but the reception told me that they could not refund one night. I think they could have considered as to get a repeat customer

離城堡比較近的，沿著酒店對面的河邊走過去估計10分鐘。房間不大，酒店每層有凈水機可以接水，不提供瓶裝水。有自己的停車場。早餐還可以，有鮮榨果汁和一些水果，咖啡麵包，基本都是冷食。
